Understanding how your internet billing works helps you stay on top of your account. Solitary Technology uses a straightforward system based on prepaid and anniversary billing.

Prepaid Service

Your Solitary Technology nbn internet service is prepaid.

This means you pay for your internet service for the upcoming billing period before you use it.

Think of it like topping up a service before you use it. This ensures your service remains active without interruption for the duration you’ve paid for.

Anniversary Billing Cycle

Your billing cycle is based on your service activation date. This is known as anniversary billing.

Your monthly billing cycle typically starts on the day your nbn service was first connected and activated at your address.

Each billing cycle covers a one-month period (or two weeks for some Centrepay customers), starting from your activation date.

Receiving Your Invoice

We will send your invoice to you well before the payment is due.

When will I get my bill?

Your invoice will be sent to the email address on your account 10 to 14 days before the payment is due. Click here to learn how to set up an alternate email address to send invoices to in the client portal.

This gives you plenty of time to review your bill and make your payment by the due date.

Easy Payment Options, Including Automatic Payments

We offer several convenient ways to pay your bill. To make things easiest, we recommend setting up an automatic payment method.

Automatic payment options available are:

• Credit/Debit Card: You can securely save your Visa or Mastercard details to be automatically charged on the bill’s due date.
• BECS Direct Debit: You can set up an automatic deduction from your Australian bank account.

Set Up Autopay for Convenience

Setting up an automatic payment method ensures your bill is paid on time every billing cycle, so you don’t have to remember to pay manually.

Manual payment options like PayID are also available if you prefer not to use autopay.
