Centrepay is a free service offered by Centrelink that allows you to pay bills and expenses directly from your Centrelink payments. This can be a convenient way to manage your Solitary Technology nbn internet bills.

How to Set Up Centrepay

You have two main options to set up Centrepay deductions for your Solitary Technology bill:

Contact Solitary Technology

• The easiest way is often to get in touch with our friendly support team. We can help you set up the Centrepay deduction over the phone.
• You will need your Solitary Technology account details and your Centrelink details handy.

Set up via the Centrelink Express Plus Mobile App

If you use the Centrelink Express Plus mobile app, you can create a Centrepay deduction yourself.

1. Open the app and tap More, then Deductions.

2. Tap Centrepay Deductions, then tap the green plus icon.

3. Under Who to Pay, either search for Solitary Technology or use our CRN, which is 555 143 518J. You will need this number to set up the deduction in the app.

4. You will then be asked for a Reference Number. For this, use the Ref found in the BPAY section of your internet bill. Your reference number will look like 4321000780.

5. Follow the prompts in the app to specify the start date, and the amount. You should use half your monthly plan fee as the amount. (For example, if your plan is $79/month, you should create a $39.50 deduction)

Finding our CRN

Our Centrepay CRN (555 143 518J) should be listed when you search for Solitary Technology within the Centrepay section of the Centrelink Express Plus mobile app or online service.

Confirming Your Deduction

Once you’ve set up the deduction, it may take a few days to show as active. You can usually see your active Centrepay deductions on your Centrelink Income Statement.
