  1. Inside the client portal
  2. Your most recent internet bill

If you’re having trouble finding your AVC ID, contact us, and we can help you get it!

Method 1: Inside the client portal

This method describes how to find your AVC ID through your internet provider’s client portal. Please note that the exact steps and layout may vary slightly depending on your provider.

Step 1: Navigate and log into the Client Portal

Typically, you can find the link to your provider’s client portal on their website. Use your account credentials to log in.

Step 2: Click “Services” in the top menu

Once logged in, look for a “Services” or similar section in the main navigation menu.

Step 3: Click “My Services” in the dropdown

A dropdown menu may appear when you hover over or click “Services”. Select “My Services” or a similarly named option that lists your internet subscriptions.

Step 4: Select the service for which you wish to retrieve the AVC ID

If you have multiple services with your provider, click on the specific internet service you are interested in.

Step 5: View the AVC ID and other information about your service under the “Additional Information” header

On the service details page, look for a section labeled “Additional Information,” “Service Details,” or similar. Your AVC ID should be listed here along with other relevant information about your nbn® connection.

Method 2: On your most recent invoice

Another way to locate your AVC ID is by checking your internet bill.

View the most recent PDF invoice that has been emailed to you, and find the AVC ID just before your plan name.
