This guide will help you understand how to get around and find the information you need, whether you’re viewing on a desktop computer or a mobile device.
Navigating the Help Centre
The layout of the Help Centre adjusts depending on the size of your screen. Here’s a quick look at the main areas of the interface for both desktop and mobile views:
The Sidebar (Left Side)
On the left side of the page, you’ll find the sidebar.
Use the sidebar to explore the different topics covered in the Help Centre.
The Top Menu
At the very top of the page is the top menu. This menu provides quick access to important external links and search functionality.
Live Chat (Bottom Right)
If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for or need to speak with someone, you can quickly reach out to our support team.
The Navigation Menu (Top Right)
On a mobile device, space is limited, so the sidebar content and some top menu items are accessible via a navigation menu icon.
Inside the navigation menu, you will find:
- The Help Article Categories: Browse through topics just like you would in the desktop sidebar.
- Links to our social media pages
Search Bar (Top Right)
You can quickly search the help centre directly from the header on mobile.
Live Chat (Bottom Right)
The live chat option remains easily accessible on mobile.
